Weekend Supplement #13

So, here's some stuff I've been looking at online this week! Hope you had a good one.

I'm not usually one for advocating spending all your time online looking at cats, but this tumblr of Cats That Look Like Pin-Up Girls is pretty awesome, and funny too.

Also check out this awesome list of the 25 Most Devoted Fan Bases. Funny and interesting, but it's also shocking to check out how many of these boxes I tick (LOTR! Joss Whedon! Community! Arrested Devlopement! Harry Potter!) although perhaps not to such a rabid degree.

Finally a super interesting slideshow on Refinery29 on whether French women really do beauty better. Interviewing three French women on their beauty, skincare and health habits, they also ask about the differences between American and French beauty habits. Snarky at times with a whole ton of stereotypes thrown in, but an interesting look at cultural beauty routine differences. Aesop and Nuxe are brands that pop up a lot.

And the blog I've been loving is Kitsch Snitch - Australian Kat reviews products with helpful swatches and detailed overviews. I love her post on OCC Lip Tars! Check her out if you get a chance.
